How much does shipping cost?

Nothing. All orders ship free anywhere in the United States.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We prepare your order in 1 to 3 business days. Delivery then takes 10 to 23 days from purchase, depending on your location and the season.

How do I know where my package is?

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it.

Do you ship internationally?

For now, we only ship within the United States.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

No. Please provide a complete street address so your package arrives without issues.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay and PayPal. All payments are processed securely.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us as soon as possible at info@beadeluxe.com. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to help.

What is the Bea Deluxe Ritual?

It's our 3-step routine: collagen serum, LED mask and 24K gold cream. Add all three to your cart and save $13 automatically. See the Ritual.

Can I return a product?

Yes. You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, creams and serums are only accepted unopened with the seal intact.

What if my product arrives damaged or defective?

Email us a photo at info@beadeluxe.com and we'll replace it or refund you at no cost to you.

How do I use the LED mask?

Cleanse your face, apply a serum, put on the mask and choose a light color for 10 to 15 minutes. You can use it 3 to 5 times a week. Read our full guide: Do LED face masks work?

Is LED light safe?

LED light contains no UV rays, so it doesn't tan or damage your skin like the sun. Keep your eyes closed during your session. If you're pregnant, breastfeeding, take medications that increase light sensitivity or have a skin or eye condition, check with your doctor first.

When will I see results?

It depends on your skin, but the key is consistency. With regular use over several weeks, your skin can look brighter and more cared for. Our products are for cosmetic use and are not a substitute for medical treatment.

How do I charge the devices?

The LED mask, facial wand and ultrasonic spatula charge with the USB cable included in the box. The Cryo Sticks don't need charging: just chill them in the fridge or freezer.
